There seems to be a rare bug in Mediawiki(?) on this page. When a heading is typed immediately after an image frame (that takes full-width), the heading doesn't display:
Missing Header
This should display under the header 'Missing header' but it doesn't :) Doesn't matter if 2 equals or 3 equals. Doesn't matter if spaced or not. Characters including nbsp in-between fixes the problem. Some images are not rendered as an in-line frame and that avoids the issue.
I think the problem is wide images with 'frame' options which is being over-ridden to display in-line somehow?
Maybe a browser bug - displays well in Firefox but not Safari or Chrome?!
